Paint

Paint a fence, wall, or gate. Add a pop of color to your garden with some fun colors. Adding a fresh coat of paint to an old fence can go a long way. Set a nice focal point in your garden and keep it cheap with a leftover outdoor paint or a small can of paint. This is a low-cost way to bring your own style to the garden. Paint a fun design on some clay pots. Digging out some left-over paint is the best way to keep these cheap!

Create a Cozy Outdoor Seating Area

We added a cozy spot right next to our vegetable garden. My husband set up his grill and we have chairs, a chiminea, and a table under some trees with a string of lights. You don’t have to spend a lot of money to make a cheap cozy outdoor space. Add a bench under some shade and surround it with some flowers.

DIY Table or Garden Bar

Create your own table or garden bar with a piece of old furniture that you no longer use or build a simple table using pallets or other spare wood.

In our garden, we have rescued several discarded gates from other people and used them in our garden. Set up a gate, even without a fence. you could place a gate between hedges or two trees. Gates add an eye-catching piece to your garden.
