My First Tuna Casserole
I did not grow up eating tuna casserole. Our family was pretty much meat and potatoes and 1 side of vegetables every night. I stayed the night with a cousin of mine when I was about 12-years-old. Her mom made tuna casserole for dinner that night. I remembered how much I loved it and when I became an adult I tried to duplicate her recipe.
I finally decided to email my cousin and asked her for the recipe. She gave me the general idea of how to make it. From what I remember, this is pretty close!
