It’s the end of May and it is already too hot outside in Oklahoma! I’ve been working in my garden in the mornings and evenings when the temperatures are somewhat cooler. - Patriotic Fruit Bars ( Healthy Happy Thrifty Family)I love serving my kids’ fruit as a snack, and you can’t beat a frozen fruit snack on a hot Summer day in Oklahoma.
- Easy Bacon Ranch Deviled Eggs. (New Mom at 40)This is my recipe! We love using up our fresh eggs for bacon ranch deviled eggs. Perfect as a side, snack, appetizer, picnic or cookout dish.
- Caprese Toast Points (Jasper & Willow) These would make a great meal or appetizer. I can’t wait to use my fresh tomatoes in this recipe.
- Strawberry Mango Salsa (Muddy Boots and Diamonds) Another recipe I can incorporate my garden produce in. I love fresh cool fruit in the Summer.
